Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The soup, breadsticks and one dinner were spectacular. One of our dinners, however, was not good due to the texture and flavor being off with the chicken and pasta. Our Server Courtney and Manager Chance worked together to remedy the situation. We are most impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of both employees. We left with a wonderfully positive overall experience. Thank you so much for acknowledging our concerns and turning things around in the most delightful way!

Celebrated my 40th Birthday tonight with my Best friend, It's our first time eating here. Walking in I felt a good positive Vibes place, Very Spacious, Clean & Neat. Employees are really nice, friendly and helpful. Our Waitress I recommend everyone ask for is " LAURIE " I felt like she was my long lost cousin, sister or family member. She made our night very special, explained what each dish including the soups were. The plate servings were huge so my friend and I shared. We ordered Raspberry Lemonade By the way is really refreshing, I Recommend my new favorite the Peach Raspberry Iced Tea omg soo good. We ordered the Artichoke Spinach Dip with chips soo good, cheesy & I ❤️ the pieces of Artichokes inside. We also ordered the Soup, bread Sticks & Salad. I ❤️ how Hot the food was, the bread sticks were soo good, soft, chewy and way better then Little Ceasars. The salad was soo fresh the vegetables weren't wilted or bruised, it was like they freshly picked it, Really Good. We ordered for dinner and shared the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara pasta without red peppers and it was soo Delicious, creamy, I ❤️ how they ask you if you want Shredded cheese on it. Dessert we ordered the Doughnuts and omg each bite was like heaven, Soo soft, freshly made, chewy and a wow experience. Soo good with chocolate and Raspberry sauce, The best I loved was our Waitress Laurie and her co-workers announced it was my birthday and everyone including customers sang Happy Birthday to me, I ❤️ how they brought me a Plate that had omg soo good a vanilla strawberry cake with chocolate writing Happy 40th Birthday 🎂 🥳. Thank you all soo much for making my night super special. I had to let the Manager know so I did. We will definitely be back. 10/10 on everything.

Food was good, and the service was excellent. We went for lunch and sharing the Lasagna Fritta for an appetizer, and their Tour of Italy Trio (Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna, and Fettuccine Alfredo) was more than enough for the two of us. Entrées come with breadsticks and your choice of soup or salad, so we chose the salad since it was easier to split.

This was my first time ever trying Olive Garden and I was simply blown away by the great staff you have working for your restaurant. From the beautiful greeted smile given by Destiny, to the amazing service given by Joseph and Solomon. Also by the young bus boy cleaning the tables. I will love to give Joseph ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He really made me and my friends visiting from California feel so comfortable, important and really happy. He was kind,funny and just genuinely friendly. I honestly wish that there were more waiters/host like him out there because I would go back but I’ve recommended this Kapolei location to my family and friends and we’ll all be back for sure. Thank you Olive Garden Kapolei for hiring such amazing staff and thank you Joesph for the good vibes and amazing service!!.

First time visiting this location and have Olive Garden in a few years. The overall mood of the staff was very pleasant. My hostess was nice and found us a table quickly. My server was very nice and attentive. My food came out in a timely manner and was very hot! 👍🏿 Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back again. I had the Tour of Italy and it was very good. The only negative was the bugs outside while we were eating. Other than that, great service and food.

We were pleasantly surprised, but wish our server check on us more often as we had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The salad is very basic (mostly iceberg lettuce and huge chunks of onion), soups are great and hot fresh breadsticks are always a winner. Meatballs and lasagna fritta were delicious. We went at first opening and appreciated that they welcomed us, even if we were a few minutes early. The place filled up pretty quickly, so I'd advise reservations or go on weekdays for lunch. We definitely will be back! Lots of parking and easy to find:)

Hadn’t been to this location in several months, but I’m glad I returned. Michael was my server and he provided great service. My go to is chicken gnocchi soup but I wanted to try the chicken tortelloni alfredo and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Michael was very attentive and is the reason for the 5 star rating.
